A: We are selling mainly to Europe, such as Italy, Poland, Czech, Russia, and also some Asia market and Australia. etc.

Q: What is the lead time of Heydear ?

A:. our delivery lead time is usually 25-30 days after payment. For customized product, it usually take 35 days.

Q:What is the payment term of Heydear?

A:. Our payment term is 30% as deposit, and 70% before shipment.

Q: Can Heydear accept OEM products?

A: Heydear has gained a lot of experience in OEM product, because we have our design group. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs to another third party.
